My elderly mother had a fall recently and was unable to pick herself up from the floor. Upon ringing the surgery, she was met with kindness and care by the receptionist to whom she spoke - indeed, the latter went to great lengths to ensure that someone was contacted and able to assist my mother in my absence.
Dr Meakin visited the following day (upon request) and once again, there was no problem in arranging a visit to my mother at home .
We have always received excellent care. Thank you all!

The receptionists are welcoming, efficient and helpful.
The reception area is pleasant, clean and tidy.
The electronic sign in is easy and the patient calling system is clear.

Myself and family are always treated with respect and great care, never made to feel we are wasting time. Excellent service which generates confidence in the treatment. I am eternally grateful to have some a wonderful comprehensive surgery on my door step.

I have to say the receptionist (Christine) I spoke to today was extremely helpful and cheerful in sorting out a couple of problems for me.
She also arranged for me to be registered on the surgery site so I can now make appointments etc via computer. Its good to see the surgery is keeping up to date.

I have not had occasion to need an appointment since my initial one with a nurse when I joined the surgery. I have guestimated the date as I do not recall it.
My partner has and has been very satisfied with the way he has been treated.
I have had a mammogram, this appointment instigated by the surgery and for which I am grateful.
I have to say I have been impressed with the way this practice is run.
